Semi-Annual and Annual Meeting is on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. Therefore, the start time is 7:00 PM.  The meeting will last for an hour and thirty minutes. This is the second of two church meetings for the calendar year.  Pilgrim Baptist Church will meet with the active members to close out the 2024 year-end.    During morning worship an announcement informing members about the meeting date and time will take place.  A weekly news announcement will be disbursed via email.  We will post a banner on the website.  A flyer will also be on the bulletin board in the church. The packets will be available for pickup on the day of the meeting. 

Do you want a copy of your 2024 donations?  The contribution statement will be available on the last Sunday of the month. The date is on Sunday, January 26, 2025. The statements will be available via regular mail, email, or for pickup.

The agenda for the meeting will discuss the third quarter, fourth quarter, the annual days.  Not to mention, but a discussion will take place on the 2025 budget projections.  We will review the previous minutes, discuss old business, new business, strategic planning, and answer any questions. Thereafter, we will be discussing the 2025 calendar events. As a matter of fact, all members should be in attendance onsite and/or via telephone conference call.  Thus, the PBC Semi-Annual and Annual Meeting will be in the sanctuary and online.
