PBC Semi-Annual Meeting

PBC Semi-Annual Meeting is on Wednesday, July 23, 2025.  Therefore, the start time is 7:00 PM.  The meeting will last for an hour and thirty minutes. This is the first of two church meetings for the calendar year.  Pilgrim Baptist Church will meet with the active members to discuss the first six months of 2025.  During morning worship an announcement informing members about the meeting date and time will take place.  A weekly news announcement will be sent via email.  We will post a banner on the website.  A flyer will also be on the bulletin board in the church.  The packets will be available for pickup on the day of the meeting. 

The agenda for the meeting will discuss the first quarter, second quarter, and the annual day projections.  We will review the previous minutes, discuss old business, new business, strategic planning, and answer any questions. Thereafter, a discussion will take place regarding the 2025 calendar events.  As a matter of fact, all members should be in attendance onsite and/or via telephone conference call.  Thus, the PBC Semi-Annual Meeting will be in the sanctuary.
