Eighteenth Pastor Anniversary Celebration is on March 27, 2022.  You are invited to join us for the Sunday worship service celebration at 9:00 AM.  Pilgrim Baptist Church will celebrate Rev. Dr. Cedric L. Perkins and Family.  Our Guest Speaker is Rev. Terry L. Arvie, Pastor of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church, Omaha, Nebraska. Thus, join PBC in celebrating Pastor Perkins for his years preaching, pastoring, and 18 years for being Senior Pastor.  What is Pastor Anniversary?  Pastor Anniversary is a day set aside to reflect on the installation service and the years of service celebrations thereafter.  Pilgrim will share the grateful appreciation to a family who gives of their time to the church and the community.  

Pastor recognition is an awesome and sincere appreciation acknowledgment to do for God’s servant. The recognition is a mere communication tool displaying the outcomes of what someone has done that is special.  Also, in recognizing the achievements of service, it is a way to say excellent job, job well done, and keep up the great work.  Recognizing an employee of the church and the community leader along with the family members displays the boundaries of helping others are wider than the walls of the church. 

The Fourth Sunday in March is set aside for the Pastor Anniversary celebration.
