The service provided is FREE!
Are you a Nebraska Homeowner? You may be eligible for partial or full exemption on property taxes. How can we accomplish this task? The homestead exemption is available for low-income Nebraska homeowners. First, if you are 65 or older as of January 1st of the application year. Second, persons with certain physical and/or developmental disabilities. Finally, certain disabled veterans and their surviving spouses.
Do I need to bring anything? Yes. How can we accomplish this task? Please bring any out-of-pocket medical expense, a copy of your 2022 tax return, or your income tax forms. It is important for you to bring Form 1099 SSA and Form 1099 R. For this reason, bring Form 1099 DIV and Form 1099 INT. Furthermore, please bring Form W-2, Form 1099 B, and any other tax forms. We are sharing these two forms for you to use as guidance the medical worksheet and the tax document checklist. Of course, come with your documents, listen, ask questions, continue the conversation, and pray. Thereafter, the participant will grow, and leave refreshed. With this in mind, knowing your tax preparation and homestead exemption documents are filed. In any event, we will continue to pray for this outreach event. We encourage you to attend with all of your documents.
We are asking, upon arrival, please enter the church office entrance. Thereafter, follow the instructions. Individuals attending will wear a mask and practice social distancing.
